Hope and Amy leave in 5 days. We will fly from Indianapolis to Atlanta, and then take a 16 hour flight through Dakar, Senegal to Johannesburg. There we will spend the night and then take a short flight to Gaborone the next morning. Here is what Hope is thinking about our trip:
"I am excited about all the animals that are going to be there. I am excited to see what kind of people are going to be in my school. I am excited to fly in the plane and see all the different parts of the world we are going to fly over. I am excited to see the Atlantic Ocean. That is what I am thinking about!"

About Us
Amy, Ted, Eden (10), Hope (5) and Trey (almost 3) are embarking on a year long stay in Gaborone, Botswana.
Amy is completing a year as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Botswana. Her appointment is to the Center for HIV/AIDS and the Department of Educational Foundations in the Faculty of Education.
Ted is... well... we will keep you posted.
We are looking forward to the experience this will be for our kids.
